For Restaurateurs, Jules can also assist you in making your restaurant gluten-free friendly! She can work with your executive chef, sous chef, or kitchen manager to identify and adjust existing recipes with delicious gluten-free substitutions, craft fresh new gluten-free recipes to suit your restaurant, train your kitchen and wait staff (Jules' first job was waiting tables) and guide your marketing to the local gluten-free community so as to increase your consistent customer base. You will gain priceless community goodwill and new customers from these proactive efforts to make your restaurant gluten-free friendly!
